Formerly part of Marsh McLennan Agency East's TCAS team, I was part of a specialized group of Technical Analysts dedicated to delivering high-quality benefits solutions through the PlanSource platform. As part of this elite team, I supported the configuration and optimization of employee benefits systems for a wide range of clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth user experience.

Now under the Businessolver brand, my role as a Configuration Specialist continues to evolve as I work within the company's proprietary platform, Benefitsolver. I collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to configure complex benefits plans, implement system updates, and troubleshoot issues. This includes:

I was hired by Jackson Health System, a major healthcare and medical system located in the heart of Miami Florida, to assist in the launch of a new employee and manager self-serve software for all employees in the Jackson Health System.
I was paired with the Human Resources and Information Systems team, a specialized technology sector of Jackson that would expedite development by giving impact analysis, tests, and troubleshoot feedback with the respective IT team from a large enterprise software company.
My daily tasks would consist of performance testing, utilizing skills through Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and general upkeep on current timelines and process flows needed for our next stage for the project. Along with facilitating constant communication with the IT division and my colleagues in the HRIS team, development was always top priority.​​​​​

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida State University, where I studied within the College of Arts & Sciences.

During my time at FSU, I gained a strong foundation in core computer science principles—ranging from systems programming to software development. My coursework covered a variety of languages and tools, including C++, C#, Python, Bash, and Assembly, giving me hands-on experience in both high-level and low-level programming.
My studies also helped me develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills that I carry into every project I take on today.
